You can send an e-mail with a description of the requested data and we will contact you to schedule a conference call or a Zoom / Teams meeting with our team to clarify the details.
During our initial virtual meeting we will clarify the details of your Data request.
We will explore our Database with your request and inform you of our ability to share your requested Data in 48 hours.
You will receive authorization to enter the Virtual Research Room and get access to the anonymized data in 8 weeks from the initial request.
During these weeks we will acquire all the regulatory and ethical requirements needed.
Yes. The cost is calculated using the following: Type of Data i.e. EMR, Laboratory, Imaging etc., volume of Data, Anonymization process time, time you spend in the virtual research room (hourly rate).
To get access to our Data you will be required to sign an NDA and a Data Transfer Agreement.
We offer two Virtual Research Rooms based on two different platforms: Briya and IRIS (Intersystem).
Based on the tools you would like to analyze your data, we will guide you to the room that contains the statistical / AI / ML tools that will serve you best.
